2.1. Free character of access and use of the website.

The provision of the services by TIXCOM S.L. is free of charge for all users.

2.2. User Registration.

In general, the provision of the Services does not require the prior subscription or registration of Users.

2.3. Veracity of information.

All information provided by the User must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms for the subscription of the Services. It will be the Responsibility of the User to keep all the information provided to TIXCOM S.L. permanently updated so that it responds, at all times, to its real situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to the provider or third parties.

2.4. Minors.

For the use of the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from the parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimate in charge of all acts performed by the minors in their care. Responsibility for the determination of specific content accessed by minors rests with those, which is why, if they access content not appropriate for the Internet, mechanisms, in particular software, filters and blockages, should be established on their computers, which allow to limit the available content and, although not foolproof, are of particular use in controlling and restricting the materials that children can access.

2.5. Obligation to make correct use of the website.

The User undertakes to use the website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as morality and good customs. In fact, the User will refrain from using the page for illicit or prohibited purposes, affecting the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider. In particular, already indicative but not exhaustive title, the User undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software and in general, any kind of material that:

1. is contrary, disparages or violates constitutionally recognized fundamental rights and public freedoms in international treaties and other existing rules;
2. induce, incite or promote criminal, denigrating, defamatory, violent or, in general, contrary to law, morality and public order;
3. induce, incite or promote discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts based on sex, race, religion, belief, age or condition;
4. is contrary to the right to honor, personal or family intimacy or the very image of persons;
5. in any way harms the credibility of the provider or third parties; and
6. constitutes unlawful, misleading or unfair advertising.
